Starting on public courts in Pendleton Park, Harlingen, Texas, Ramiro rose through the ranks, transitioning from a desk clerk to an assistant coach, and then to a high school and private coach before spending over a decade coaching on the public courts at Victor Park.
Now, as the Head Pro at the HEB Tennis Center on Morgan Boulevard, Ramiro leverages his 34 years of playing experience and 23 years of coaching to guide local juniors to successful collegiate tennis careers. His journey, from humble beginnings on public courts to leading at the HEB Tennis Center, exemplifies the transformative power of dedication and passion, leaving an indelible mark on the tennis community in Harlingen, Texas.

Roland Ingram's lifelong passion for tennis began as soon as he could walk and hold a racquet, inspired by his father, a Hall of Fame college tennis coach. With over 50 years of experience in the sport, Roland has cultivated a rich and diverse background in tennis, both as a player and a coach. From state-ranked junior competitions to collegiate play, and later as a certified tennis professional and educator, Roland's journey is marked by dedication and a love for the game.
After an extensive career in education, where he served as the head principal at Treasure Hills Elementary, Roland has returned to his tennis roots. He is now focused on enriching the tennis community in Harlingen, Texas, particularly at Pendleton Park on Morgan Boulevard. Roland runs clinics and teaches private lessons at the HEB Tennis Center, continuing to share his expertise and passion for tennis with new generations of players.

With over 15 years of coaching experience, Jacob Worrell brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for tennis to the court. Starting as a standout high school varsity player and team captain, Jacob went on to play NJCAA tennis for Temple College, where he later served as an assistant coach.
Jacob has been a cornerstone of the HEB Tennis Center, demonstrating his loyalty and dedication by serving as an assistant pro from 2010 to 2021 and returning in 2023. His commitment to the center and its players is unwavering. In addition to his coaching roles, Jacob is a certified USTA tournament official, referee, roving official, and site director, ensuring the highest standards of competitive play at the HEB Tennis Center in Harlingen, Texas.
